<description>[...] Spring Mountain Ski Ranch is located on the west side of the Phoenix valley in Arlington, south of Buckeye.  It is the newest water ski lake in the Phoenix area. Different from any east valley water ski lake is it has two slalom course lakes right next to each other.  There are a total 22 one acre lots surrounding the two lakes.  Here&#8217;s a visual tour of the community.   The lakes are connected at the south end, making it easy to accomodate more than one skier in the community at any time.  Electricity was recently hooked up to the community and the water source is well water.   For current available lots, click on Spring Mountain Ski Ranch listings.  No homes have yet been built in Spring Mountain Ski Ranch.
