I'm wondering if private residences will ever have availilbility to tap into reclaimed water lines. I have over 200 plants and trees plus ponds on my property. I use quite a lot of fresh water every month that reclaimed water could, instead, be used for watering purposes. I don't wonder if there are many more like me that would be interested in acquiring use of such.

Thanks, Gordon -- that was very informative. I do think about our water supply here in the desert. As transplants from Cleveland, we definitely need any information about life in Phoenix Metro area. We've gotten our water treatment system in place w/RO in kitchen at our home. I do miss drinking the tap water in Cleveland (and Baltimore too) but that's about all I miss about life back East!
