The Pecos Ranch lake community in Chandler Arizona, just south of the 202 freeway, was developed in the early 1990’s, with approximately 120 waterfront residential homes. As you drive through Pecos Ranch, you’ll notice that not all waterfront space has been developed for housing. The lakes are visible as y ou drive along Gunstop Loop and Pennington Drive. You’ll also notice that many residents take advantage of the opportunity to use the lakes with electric motor boats and canoes.
