If you have the patience to wade through all of the disclosure information that is provided by the HOA when you buy a house, you may stumble upon a document called a reserve study. Gilbert Lake Community in The Islands
The Falls in The Islands is a gated community on the center lake. The tax records show the name of the community as Coral Point but the marquee at the entrance to the subdivision shows The Falls. The Falls is a more appropriate name since there are three small man made islands with waterfalls that make you feel like you’re living on a tropical island. The majority of the 101 homes in The Falls back to these water features or have waterfront lots on the center lake.
