Unless you  have very detailed directions, this ski lake subdivision is virtually hidden from public view.   From the pictures,  you’d never guess this well kept secret is in the state of Arizona. This lake community was developed in the early 1990′s and was organized where each property owner held a share in a landowner association.  Property sales and transactions were typically made know by word of mouth to interested parties.  Recent changes have facilitated the sale of individual lots or property. Currently,  most of the subdivision is built out and enjoyed by many year round residents.    This is the only ski lake in the valley that has a gas dock.
