    I love the waterfront updates, there’s always something new on your site. Have foreclosures in AZ affected your waterfront market? We’ve only seen a few in the Seattle waterfront market so far, but they’re increasing.

    Thanks for the comment. The foreclosures and short sales have affected the waterfront market, but it has created some great buys.
