Waterfront Home of the Week
This past week a client from New York came into town to see Gilbert and Chandler waterfront homes for sale. Gilbert and Chandler have the most lake communities in the Phoenix area, so it was the best place to begin. Our focus was on waterfront homes ideally under $300K in the east valley. In that price range, waterfront communities such as The Springs, Lagos Vistoso, Stonebridge Lakes, Lago Estacia and Pecos Ranch offer the best selection. The most impressive house during our day of looking at homes was a remodeled waterfront home in The Springs in Chandler
Waterfront Remodeled and Upgraded Home at 133 S. Lakeview in Chandler
This 1,988 sq.ft. single story lakefront home, built in 1985 does not reflect its age. In fact, tasteful remodeling gives it a very updated feel due to the many upgrades that have been added. To name a few; granite slab counter tops in the kitchen along with stainless steel appliances and newer cabinets.

The Springs Lake Community in Chandler
The Springs is unique in that water keeps moving with a series of small waterfalls in each of the terraced lakes. Pine trees instead of palo verde and mesquite trees line the streets which is uncommon in Arizona. Another unique feature is the community pool and tennis court available to the residents.
