Water skiing at Spring Mountain Ski Ranch
Spring Mountain Ski Ranch is under going a transformation since in the beginning the majority of buyers were investors. Now as you drive through the community you’ll notice upgrades to many boat docks including boat covers and storage where it is evident that there are more owner skiers investing in the community. All 22 lots, 11 on each lake are approximately one acre and have electricity to the property. Water and septic have to be installed. Community features include a ramada and BBQ and community boat storage and ramp.
Spring Mountain Ski Ranch is one of 6 water ski communities. In the east valley you’ll find Buchli lake, Santan Lakeside Estates, Crystal Point, and Playa Del Rey. Just miles south of Spring Mountain you’ll find Lakeside Ski Village. And on the east side of the valley is Buchli Lake.
